Innovative approaches towards youth work practice.

For the past decade, Prisms has been working with young people from all walks of life. As a central theme which was present in all the projects implemented was the concept of 'context out'. Prisms firmly believe that in 2020, youth workers need to understand the perspective on young people through actively listen to what they have to say. That is what Prisms do. Listen, understand and then create projects which are relevant to young people. Young people are involved in every phase of all the projects Prisms implements.
